Advance booking essential
Tickets include a welcome cocktail a three course meal and live entertainment. Two courses served in private homes around the parish. Cocktail and pudding served at the hall, beginning and end of the evening respectively.
Maximum of 80 tickets available. We expect to sell out so book early to avoid disappointment.

Liability & Safety Disclaimer
1. Dietary Requirements & Allergies While hosts will make every reasonable effort to accommodate registered dietary requirements, meals are prepared in private residential kitchens. Organizers and hosts cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Participants with severe allergies consume food at their own risk.
2. Alcohol Consumption Participants are encouraged to drink responsibly throughout the progressive dinner. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own safe and legal transportation between hosting venues.
3. Home Accessibility Because this event takes place in private homes, venues may have varying levels of accessibility (e.g., stairs, uneven terrain). Please notify the Safari Supper Committee in advance if you have specific mobility requirements.
4. Event Changes The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the schedule, routes, or host locations without prior notice if necessary.
5. Personal Property Organizers accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for any injuries sustained during the event. Participants attend and travel between locations at their own risk
